Could you give us more information regarding your issue, I mean

• Could you check your Qlikview services that all are running (try to restart all of them)
• Try to disable the firewall and your antivirus
• Share us an image with the error or check the logs of Qlikview and share us (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/November2017/Subsystems/QMC/Content/QMC_System_Setup_QlikViewSe...)

By the way, the QMC page was working? or never worked?
