Only fetch change the status records

Hi Community,

I have one Category table and every week we get new report-each report has status.

Status:
Load * Inline [
ChangeID, Status, Amount
123, ABC, 1000
124, BCA, 2000
125, ACD, 234
321, DCA, 1000
];

example: for below record status has ChangeID 123 and Status ABC

Test.xlsx:

CatID	ProductID	SalesID	ChangeID	date
1000	100	1200	123	12/7/2019

you can see updated file has changed ChangeID 321 and Status DCA

Test1.xlsx:

CatID	ProductID	SalesID	ChangeID	date
1000	100	1200	321	12/8/2019

I need to show in the chart which ChangeID was updated on Same CatID

My output should be latest record ChangeID Status in the chart.

CatID	Before Status	AfterStatus	Amount	date	ProductID	SalesID	Sum(Amount)
1000	ABC	DCA	1000	12/7/2019	100	1200	1000
