Oracle database connectivity issue

We are trying to establish oracle database connection in Qlikview document. we have installed required Oracle client, drivers etc. When i try to run it manually the document reloads successfully however when i try to run document from publisher its not getting reloaded and task is getting failed. Can anybody explain what could be the error?

Hi Rohan,

         I am not facing any problem like this ,But as per my knowledge

        please check the log file then may be it shows RAM problem because if it is big size QVW file then it needs more RAM some times RAM is not available so it throws error.

Go to Status Tab-->Tasks-->select that XXXXX.QVW file and -->Show task Details(Right hand side corner)-->select Log tab for seeing logs at any time there u can find error description and u can check that error solution in Google/our Forum.
