Others legend value not displaying when value is null in the Pie Chart

I'm using Pie chart and  i done the following expression in my qlikview.

I am not getting others category in pie chart but, while i'm using Straight table it shows the Others and it's count.

what is the problem in my expression.

Expression :

if(IsNull([Customer]), 'Others' ,  Count({<[Category] -= {'*ISSUE PASS*'}>}DISTINCT [Customer])).

Check show all values in Dimension  tab as seen in the attached

Thanks...If something is blank or null or - then the legend should update as "others"..
How do i do this...?

By adding a calculated dimension like: =if(len(trim(dim))=0,'Others',dim)
