Peek() for charts - Above()

Hello,

I was looking for a solution to make a Peek() in charts and found this topic:

Peek for charts

Some of the guys posted a front-end solution which I liked. Unfortunately I can't use it with my data sample and I don't uderstand why.

I'm enclosing both samples and will be greatful for a help.
