Pie Charts conditional colours

Hi guys

I have a pie chart that has results Yes No and N/A

When its not drilled down using sorts I have the colours as Yes RED No BLUE and N/A as YELLOW

thats perfect --

But when I drill down my options, say for example Yes is no longer part of my data range,  the colours promote up the spectrum so No becomes Red and N/A becomes BLUE

I wish to lock this down so Yes will Always be RED , No BLUE and N/A YELLOW

These yes/no/n/as are pulled from a column in an Excel spreadsheet

Can anyone help with this ?

Thanks

Anne

Hi Anne,

Did you try playing around with the "Presisistent Colors" option on the Colors tab?

If that doesn't work for you, you can aways add a color to your expression using the Background Color option in the Expression tab.
