Pivot Table :

  Hi,

I am new to qlikview and using pivot table first time .

How can I get the SUM of  Outstanding cash , If I collapse to FinMGR  or DirSFS or SrDirSFS  in pivot table .

My dimensions of Pivot table are  :

      SrDirSFS

      DirSFS

      FinMGR

      FC

     StudentID

  Expression  :  Outstanding Cash

  Example:

SrDirSFSDirSFSFinMGRFCStudentIDOutstanding Cash
Neilly , DonnaNeilly,TeamHarrington, BoydEvangelo,Tanya10111100   $   100
10222211   $    200
10333322   $      125
Paradis   Jason123456   $     200
1117777   $     300
Jones , JeffreyKristine0000001    $700
11111223    $ 250
77788899     $ 50

From Above table   I want    to show

1)    SUM  by   FC     :

         Evangelo,Tanya     =  100 + 200 + 125  =    $  425

         Paradis , Jason    =   200 +  300           =     $  500

         Kristine                 =   700 + 250 + 50   =     $ 1000

  2)   SUM by   FinMGR :

          Harrington , Boyd   =   100 + 200 + 125 + 200 + 300   =   $  925

          Jones,Jefferey       =  700  + 250 + 50                        =   $  1000

   3)  SUM  by  DirSFS :

          Neilly , team  =   100 + 200 + 125 + 200 + 300 + 700 + 250 + 50   =  $ 1925

Follow the attached  qlikview  document to understand my question .

Is there a way to see the Totals in Pivot table as per above example ?

Thanks.
