Pivot table dimension's background color is not working as expected

Dear Friends,

We have an issue with Pivot table dimension's background color. It is a calculated dimension.

When there are null or zero on the cells for the row, the background color is not shown in the dimension.

I understand that, the above behavior is based on Qlikview Product Design.

Is there any workaround/fix to resolve this limitation?

Thanks a lot.

can you attach a sample app ? or some rows on an excel file with the expression used for the calculated dimension ?

Give a condition in Expression Backgroung colour as

If(Exp=Null() or Exp=0,RGB(give which color code you want)

Or

Right click on pivot table and Format cell option
