We have an issue with Pivot table dimension's background color. It is a calculated dimension.
When there are null or zero on the cells for the row, the background color is not shown in the dimension.
I understand that, the above behavior is based on Qlikview Product Design.
Is there any workaround/fix to resolve this limitation?
Thanks a lot.
can you attach a sample app ? or some rows on an excel file with the expression used for the calculated dimension ?
Give a condition in Expression Backgroung colour as
If(Exp=Null() or Exp=0,RGB(give which color code you want)
Right click on pivot table and Format cell option
The issue is the background color of the calculated dimension in the pivot table is working when corresponding rows have non null values for the aggregation expression.
Incase there are any null in the aggr result the background color is not working.
i also faced the same situation , i tried
Right click on pivot table and Format cell option - here you can give color
