Pivot table same as in excel

Hello,

I want to create pivot table same as it is in excel where user enters one value in input box and values for the facts for future years reflect accordingly but used the value of current year in calculation. In database i dont have values for future years (it display zero in qlikview). My prob is that i cant write separate expressions for different years in Pivot table.

Also i want for 2017 it use the value that is generated in 2016 for calculation.

Sorry if i have not explained it in good manner. I have attached the excel file. How do we achieve same in Qlikview?
