Is it an interview question? Best way is having your own experience in the real world and explain that. You may learn few things from here and there, but that would probably not be able to give you a real-project-like experience. Interviewers would be smart-enough to find if you really have worked in the project or not. So, it's advisable that don't just prepare for the interview; get some exposure to real world too.
