Prob in expression regarding sorting

Hello ,

I have an issue.

I have a pivot table with 6 dimension and 1 expression(Duration column) as in capture1.png

Now i do sorting as per duration. I created a multibox and add Inline Table containing Duration(which is expression in pivot table) as field.

Now to sort them as per duration i just Go to Sort tab of pivot table and for each dimension i added expression.

But i don't understand why we are using aggr function (as in capture2.png) ?? and also for each next dimension i am adding previous column also in aggr fun. Why is it so ?? As a whole i cannot understand how sorting is being done by this exprssn(as in capture3.png , capture4.png)

Based on your uploaded document it seems no uid field is there. More over could you please upload sample qvw?
