Problem in QlikView Management Console under userdocument Tab

Dear All,

          In qlikview management console under document tab in user document tab when we open any QlikView then system showing processing Approximate 2 min then give error message

which reasion error come please suggest

Are there more information in the log file?

QVMS can set to Debug logging. (C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log)

QVS log can also be intresting.

Or the Windows log if the reason is outside QV.
