Promoting Tasks from UAT to Prod

Hi,

I have a QVW and couple of tasks (Reload and Distribution tasks) in UAT environment QEMC.

In-order to move the QVW to production environment, I understand that I can do an file copy between UAT and Production.

In terms of the task, how can I promote to production environment with out recreating the tasks in Prod QEMC?

Hi John,

As per my knowledge ,Jobs/Tasks we need to create manually only there is no automation technique what you are searching.

Any way it is preferable to do manually as per the server usage time(i mean jobs need to run in Prod before the user working hours ) but in UAT and DEV we can do those at any time.

I don' think you can promote those tasks, you need to create them manually.
