QMC Reduced Report Differs From That Generated In Application

I've created a task in the QMC to generate reduced PDF reports and distribute them via email to the respective parties.  However, the reports being generated through the QMC task are being presented in a different order than when I go through the application itself and generate the report manually.

I've set a document level trigger to clear all fields each time the document opens, but this doesn't appear to have any impact on the order of the PDF reports created through the QMC task. 

Does anyone have any idea why the two reports being produced through the same base application are coming out differently?
