QMC is up but Access Point is not availbe

Hi everyone,

we came across a very strange problem here.  The qlik server hung for like 5 min and after it went back, we can't open access point anymore, the website just keeps loading.

We have tried to restart all the services. QMC is back, but access point is still not reachable. The page is loading like forever.

Any clue here? or what steps or logs we can check?

Try it with a restart from the OS.

Please check once your IE browser. After restarting the services please Check your Plug-ins and Connections again.

Yes, after we reboot the server. All function is back.
