QMC-->system-->Licence--> Qlikview server-->assigned calls
one of my user getting last used(UTC) 12/31/9999
all other users have Last used normal times like 3/1/2017 , 1/1/2017
and this user getting error in access point
Access Denied! The server(QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator.
and we are using named user licence total 145 out of which only 85 are used
still he can't access in access point

yes i did same
now it is showing empty space for last used (UTC)

As soon the user open up a Application in AccessPoint there will be a "valid date" as last used(UTC).

Access Denied! The server(QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator.
If you add a user in the named cal list, user will get Access to Applications. If error still show up, make sure that you have added correct user or that user is logged in as correct user.
Are you using Active Directory?
no just Excel file
just excel file using NT Name
