QV Services are not running

Hi,

I have installed QV server by using User1 (with Admin rights) and services are running successfully with no issues.

But when i tried to modify the Qlikview services to run under the user ADMINISTRATOR, then services are not running.

They work only under the User1. Is it possible to make them work using ADMINISTRATOR credentials?

Include it to group "QlikView Administrators".

It is a local group for server where qvs installed. Really is it missing and service under User1 works?

It's a local group in the machine domain of the QlikView server. See My Computer->Manage->Local Users and Groups->Groups
