QVW: Access to the latest file

Hi All,

I have query with reference to other users accessing the most recent refresh .qvw file.

So when I refresh the master file which sits on my computer I am looking for other users to be able to access this same most recent version on their computer. I am not using a server and so I want to send around a qvw file via email once only.

I can manually create a shortcut and get that user to go a folder and click&drag this onto their desktop and it does work this way. But there are some users who do not have access to folder and therefore cannot get access to this shortcut.

Any possible suggestions for this issue?

instead of a folder in your desktop you can use a Shared Drive attached to you and others network so that they can open the document directly from the Shared Drive.

You wrote "most recent refresh .qvw file".

Why are you keeping same qvw files in different versions? It will cause the confusion among the users.

If you are in network drive, you can share the single latest refreshed qvw file.
