QlikView Accesspoint - Lost connection Issue - Very Urgent

Hi Team,

The QlikView Accesspoint is working fine with IP address and the machines name of the webserver (IIS). Below are the URLs used to test the Accespoint.

  1. http://10.38.166.46/qlikview/
  2. http://10.38.166.47/qlikview/
  3. http://mivstgwebqlik003.test.web/qlikview/
  4. http://mivstgwebqlik004.test.web/qlikview/

I have tested Accesspoint and the application using the above URLs from within the server machine and outside the server machine also and it is working fine.

We have two webservers (IIS). Both the IIS are bind with this link ‘qbi-staging.test.com’. I am trying to open the application using this link ‘https://qbi-staging.test.com’, it is showing ‘Lost connection to server, reconnecting’. But after sometime it is loading the application. Then when I select some values this message keep on coming.


sometimes Accesspoint is showing " Service Temporarily Unavailable,

sorry! The server is currently unable to handle the request due to temporary overloading or maintance of the server ". but sometimes it is loading properly

Can somebody help me to solve this issue? It is a very crictical issue. we need to solve it ASAP.


Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

And also how can I check the server load balancing between these two webservers (IIS)?

Hi Team,

The QlikView Access-point is working fine but my Client try to open application on access point it is showing ‘Lost connection to server, reconnecting’.recently we have updated service release from SR 15 to SR 16 on suggestion of QlikTech ,there is any impact of this activity.
