QlikView Project Management Methodology

In a book I'm reading now about QlikView development, it mentions QlikView's Project Management Methodology, and it's systematic approach used by "OlikView Professional Service consultants."

While training information included a "Project Plan" it is more of a business requirements document.  This is extremely helpful!  I'm still curious about more standard documents used for a QlikView project plan.

Could anyone recommend any other documents, especially a true project plan that would include tasks, milestones, project phases, roles, responsibilities, and checklists that would be used for a QlikView project?

You can refer QlikView enterprise framework for more details . QlikView , Tableau , Spotfire are rapid data visualization tools so its really challenging to do to project management for short life cycle of project.
