QlikView v QlikSense

I've seen some of the discussions and read the website but I'm still not clear about the difference between the two products, QlikSense and QlikView. I've downloaded both had a little play around with them but want to get an idea of the capabilities of each before I invest time in one of them. Does anyone have either a simple bullet point list of the benefits of one over the other or even better a simple matrix that shows how each stack up, side-by-side. Would make it easier to make a decision. Thanks in advance.

Flexible and most powerful ETL	Basic transformations
More options of personalization without any API's or external plugins	Notin-build flexible personalization (just posible going further into programming with API's)
Typical visualization	Most modern and polish visualizations
Use for projects where you need to touch a lot the data	Use for project with a more clean data
