Qlikview 11.20 sr12 giving no server error message

Hi guys ,

We just upgrade our server sr9 to sr12 and now we are facing in access point after loading dashboard , if we go back .

we are getting no server error message.

please help us.(if we click on qlikview button on access point again that error message is going away)

What are the browsers you tried?

Did you install same plug-in of QV server?

Did you try the same in server?

Hi thanks for fast response ,

we have installed all the plugins . that's why we are able to open in IE and Chrome .

actually it is working properly but after oping document if you go back we are facing this issue .

please guide me any other way

see i am able to access the access point but after opening some dashboard if i go back to the home page access point i m getting no server error message
