Actually,I do not have any script or developer knowledge since i am a business analyst without development knowlege. therefore my concern is these training give development knowledge. Currently i develop dashboards by look at sample dashboards and online search

and these training will help me to have detail discussion

If you do the free training Arul posted that is a very good grounding. I did the course myself and they continue and expand on the free training. If you've got no or little experience in building applications and user interfaces they are very good classes and the trainers I had were very helpful in answering questions. Having said that much of it you can teach yourself with the free training material, help topics and asking questions on the forum... that takes much longer but I think you absorb the knowledge better.

In addition to classroom training courses and online training there are several good QlikView books from Packt Publishing.

QlikView 11 for Developers  by Barry Harmsen covers both dashboard design and  data loading using scripts, and and is the most comprehensive book currently available.

A different approach is taken in Learning QlikView Data Visualisation  by Karl Pover . This book assumes that you already have data loaded in QlikView and then works through creating several example charts step by step each one in a separate chapter.
