Qlikview - Document loads only tabs but no data in access point

Dear all,

Could I get help on the below Issue please

We have a Qlikview model reloads daily and its working fine for all the users. Today one of the user is displayed with only tabs but no data.

User has previously browsed DIY tab where he can dynamically select a dimesion and measure and downloaded  data into excel.

Today when he opens he is in same tab not displaying any data and cant traverse to other tabs. When I checked the server logs on the USer Id .I could see a warning message "Virtual memory is low"

Please note this issue is only with one user

Hi Veena,

as per my understanding check the below points

1)  if he is a new user check the Section access condition

2) If he is old user ,check weather his browsers are updated in this day?

if these 2 points are failed then remove the last document state and load the job one more time and check with user.

As above  suggestion try remove the last document state,

If still a problem, try to get the user to access from a different machine and/or browser.

Hi Rama Sai,

Thanks for your inputs. I've did the Remove last document state, it dint solved.

However restrating the services has solve dthe Issue. Please note just restrting the server dint solve the Issue.
