Your question is much too general and it depends on multiple factors if the response-times are acceptable or not and most often it relates to the expectation of the users and if there are other better performing alternatives available or not.

For power-users may an average response-time > 1 second a bit slowly but for many users are response-times < 5 seconds absolutely ok. because they aren't quick enough with their comprehending what they are doing and which results they get. Even response-times which are significantly > 5 seconds make many users happy because they waited for minutes or even hours to get such views with other tools like SAP BO / BW or any databases.

Beside this the essential fact will be always that you need a well designed environment with optimized applications to get a good performance. With poorly designed environments/datamodels you get each tool down - even Qlik.

Hi Mohamad,

Could you please elaborate , what you are exactly expecting?

You are asking about the application (abc.qvw) size <1 GB for a good performance.

Maintain The Folder structure (3 Tier Archit)

QVD Generation
Transformation
Data Model
Application
Reduce calculations in UI level (Finish calculations in Back end... i mean in script it self.) call the calculated values with the help of Field names or variables
Size of the application (Remove unnecessary Fields from Data model, Remove synthetic keys & Circular loops, Archive the data  means if you have Huge amount of data then reduce the data for 2 years like that...
Good Size of Server RAM will help you
                                                                       (or)
