Hi All,

Lets start an QlikView Quiz. Will keep asking new question each day and will see who all are answering correctly with proper explanation.

Today's Question:

1. What is sort by applicability?

• Sorting Field Values by Expression
• Sorting Field Values by Possible Values
• Sorting Fields by Possible Field Values in Multibox
• This Sorting option is not available in QlikView

Sorts the fields in the multi box according to whether they contain possible field values or not. Fields lacking possible field values are dynamically moved down if the check box is marked.

So you mean to say that If a field is not having possible value it will be moved down.

Suppose I have 3 fields:

Field-1 (Year)

Field-2 (Quarter)

Field-3 (Month)

Can you explain what will happen in this case. When I select Quarter 4 (where we have only 2015 data available)

depending on values dat are applicable we can sort.
