Hi,  search for "document administrators qmc"

This user also have to be a member in Qlikview administrators Group to get access to QMC.

And ask you about the complete QMC or about single Areas?

I don't think we have any direct option to do this ...if you just want to have the status of the jobs probably based on the document modified time you could show a status within Qlikview to show whether the job is sucess or not
