Reformat Data

Just wondering if anyone can help me I had a huge file with dates formatted like 01/03/2014 etc and I wanted to get them into months and years.

So I loaded the data in like  Date, MonthName(Date) as MonthYear and this is giving me a listbox with months and years grouped together e.g. Mar 15, Apr-15 etc.

I was wondering is their anyway I can put this information into two seperate list boxes one for the months and once for the years it would make it much easier for creating charts.
