Remove duplicate numbers based on condition

Hi All -

I need to show only unique policy numbers (distinct) in straight table only selecting by filter or button (straight table already has data with duplicate records).

Condition : Should show only distinct policy numbers which has highest renewal premium and expired premium.

Hi Chris - Thanks for your response. Unfortunately your chart is not matching with expected output (attached file) even not consider BB301. I updated excel and attached.
