Hi Friends

I have Qlikview ver. 12.0 and I expand the following files/exe/app.

After expanding 2 folder has got created i.e.

1. QVSManager Batch Tool v1.5

2. QVSManager Qlikview Connector v1.5

This 2 folders I had copied in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\QlikTech\Custom Data\" folder.

And with the help of Qlikview desktop after require change I had tried to reload the QVSCALManager.qvw‌. file.

But on reload following error message is coming:

QVX_CONNECT_ERROR: Could not connect to server: localhost

CUSTOM CONNECT TO "Provider=QVSManager.exe;Server=localhost;QVSServer=;Warnings=True;Debug=False;XUserId=ELFFSNA;XPassword=NNeCaDD;"

Could please any body advice/suggest me. What to do, where I am wrong. I require the solution.

For information, It is working fine with Ver 11.2.

Is your server available on localhost? for example if you're using HTTPS you might need to use the full domain etc.

Sorry bit of a throwing it out there answer as I've not used these tools for quite a few years

Encountered the same issue. using version 1.3 of QVS CAL Manager.

Got to know that the 32 bit server and Desktop is deprecated with the 12.x version and not sure if that is impacting this as well.

Removed the QVSSERVER parameter and it starts hanging around.
