Resolution / font display

We recently installed Qlikview v9 on a 32-bit server (OS Windows 2003 service pack 2). I access the server via RDP.

The problem is that the "display" is miniscule. The tabs on the home page are tiny and the fonts on the different views are not visible, although the data is there and if you click anywhere (for lack of seeing what you are selecting) the view actually updates with the selection I have made.

I don't know where to begin trouble-shooting - i.e. is it a version compatibilty issue, screen resolution issue, server capacity issue, font issue.

Try clicking on Fit Zoom To window in the view menu.

No luck. Just fits to screen - everything else stays the same.

change the resolution to 1024X768, maybe that wll help?
