The output which am getting is wrong

if yu check excel yu can see july value shoud be 12 %

May be multiply with 10 ?

Based on your sample data... July number looks good to me

Rolling 12 months total is 1310040 and Rolling 12 months Leavers 14022 and there divsion gives me 1.07%.... How are you getting 12%?
