SSO asks for login two times

Hello,

I need to insert qlik documents in an iframe without having to type any credentials.

I was able to configure the webtickets, and now I can login to the access point but it still asks for credentials when I open the document.

I use this url: https://[ip]/QvAJAXZfc/Authenticate.aspx?type=html&webticket=[webticket]&try=/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?... name]

Then I get this screen:

I didn't create the documents but I suppose this login is programmed inside the document.

Is there any way to open the document without having to type this credentials?

Have a look:

Access point is asking some users to sign in twice. After they enter login credentials then click on...
