SVGMap extension not showing on browser (access point)

Hi All,

I have read numerous old posts about this, but couldn't find any solution to address my issue

My problem is that I can't see SVGMap extension in browser (on qlikview desktop application It works fine),

Technical info on my problem:

QV 11.20 SR12

System folder for extension is empty (meaning it's the default under %\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions

I placed the SVGMap Library under the above folder

Can anyone help out?

Thank you very much,

Nir

Hi Nir,

does the extensions path match:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects\svgMap

On the server?

Hi Nir,

That doesn't look like the correct content to me, I have just downloaded and installed v1.10 of svgmap and there are 66 files in it, there are no svg files above.

Go to the folder that QV desktop is using, e.g

C:\Users\awhitfield\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects\svgMap on my pc and check files there and see if they are different, copy the contents to the server folder.

Hi, Nir.

As I see on your screenshot, in earlier versions there were some additional files like "Maps Info.xlsx" and doc file with manual (I hope). Could you please provide a link to this version of extension?

Because I can't find something similar with new version from github: https://github.com/brianwmunz/svgReader-QV11

Thank you so much.
