'Select in Field' for a Document Variable

Hello All,

I am not sure if i am doing correct.

I have a variable vSTATUS = formula based on mulitple fields in Data Model. which has values 'Open', 'Closed' and 'In Process'

In Dashboard view i have 3 tabs , each for one status according to built variable.

I wanted to know if there would be any option to OnActivateSheet - unlock variable vSTATUS, select in Field variable vSTATUS='Open' and Lock Variable vSTATUS.

i tried this one but its not allowing me to unlock, select or lock using actions.

Can someone help?

I created a LINK TABLE model, brought all required fields for the variable in LINK table and created a seperate column vSTATUS in the LINK table . now i can use vSTATUS as select in field option.
