Select multiple values in a list box? CTRL not working

Hello, I am hopping someone can help out. I have multiple list boxes on a sheet and one of the list boxes does not allow me to select muliple values (Ctrl).  I can select the values through Ctrl but it resorts back to the first value that I selected...Any thoughts on the issue?

I also have the same listbox on a different sheet and I am having the same response.

Always one slected field is not checked...

May be you use rowno() with some tables and so linked them.

Hi,

Can you remove this list box and create new list box for same field. Then check if it works .

Thanks

Hello!

May be the others fields that you select early restrict possible values for your field to one value.

If you deselect all values in listbox - how many white lines will you see?

If you see only one - that will be answer on your question

Ok, so yes if I deselect all values in the list box I only see one white line.

Not sure how this occurred or how I can fix, thoughts?

There is nothing to fix.

Selection depends on your model and data.

If you select grey line from list box you will see the other selected fields (one or few) will be deselected.

You can't select simultaneously data, that doesn't overlap

I removed RowNo() from my script and now I can select multiple values in a listbox. I would like to close this question out with the correct answer, so does anyone know why the RowNo() in the script would effect the listboxs?

When this happened, did you have any of the other fields in "locked (blue)" state so that would stop you from selecting the grey values in your listbox?
