Set analysis based on each value of the time dimension

I have a time dimension, basically dimension is end date of each month. I have a calulation based on end of each month, basically my calculation should be based on end of each month, which is diplayed in x axis of the chart.

say chart

Month Last Date

My calculation COUNT(if A/c Open date >= Month Last Date and A/c Open date<=Month Last Date, ACT ID)

Month last date should be based on each value in the x- axis
