How to show Total in the last row of the pivot table ?

Chart properties -> Subtotals -> Subtotals at bottom

On the Presentation tab select the first dimension, then check the option Partial Sums. If you want the total at the bottom also make sure that the Subtotals options is set to Subtotals at bottom.
