Show old Amount when hovering over New Value

I have the attached document, I have a field called New Amount, the Background Color will change Red if the the old amount is lower than the new amount, it will turn green if the new amount is greater than the old amount and will not chnage colour if there is no change. Is it possible if I hover over the New Amount value a data pointor tool tip would appear to show the old amount?

Show old Amount when hovering over New Value

not that i know of, but im running 8.5 so it might be possible in version 10.

the only thing i can think of is adding in the expression =sum(OldAmount) then grouping it with the sum(NewAmount) so you can toggle between the 2.

Rgerattably, there is no hover option for straight tables or table boxes, even in V10.
