Show records up until selected Year/Month or Year only or all if none selected

Hello  guys,

Given that I have some listboxes which is PostingMonth, PostingYear and Country as pictured below

Currently if I select say 2013 - Jul, the pivot table chart will only show 2013 - Jul record.

How should I do it so that

1. if I select 2013 - Jul, the table will show all the records up until 2013 - Jul?
2. if I select 2013 only the table will show all the records up until the end of 2013?
3. if none PostingYear/Posting Month selected it will just show all records up until the latest data?

Hope to hear from you guys of any advices/suggestions/opinions on this.
