Showing range of days for supply chain work

I am analyzing supply chain data - how many days it takes a given product to move from factory to retail. I have about 10 steps, 66,000 product data points and 4 different starting factory locations. I am trying to show the average for each step by factory and also a variance/min/max data point.  I'm brand new to Qlikview and trying to figure out how to best use the graphs and data to show this.  Any help is greatly appreciated!   My original data for each step was in a date format, but I manually created additional variables in excel so I also have the numbers of days for each step as well.

Might be a bit ambitious for a starter-project ....

But you may create some stacked bars (for each step) over time-axis. This might be displayed via Trellis-Charts.
