Sort order issue on accespoint

Hi guys

Not sure if anyone has come across this problem before but ive saved a qlikview document when I open in qlikview its retaining the sort order but when I open it in access point it looses it any ideas ?

Hi Sara,

Are you talking about the order of a table or some chart?

Be sure that you are publishing the right QVW, check the path in the publisher and if is the right path, delete it and republish.

Thanks Johnathan I will check with my manager and see if im able to do it, ive tried so many different things im not sure what is causing the issue !
