Special characters in Section Access

Hello!

I have AD groups which start with an @ and I wanted to use one of them for a permission. Is it possible that QlikView can't work with special characters in section access?

And which characters are allowed in section access?

Kind regards,

Florian

There is nothing special about special characters in SECTION ACCESS. The only thing you have to be careful about is having uppercase field names and I think it would be wise to not use any kind of non-english characters in the field names as well. The values in any field could be anything that is permissible in Qlik in general - although star should be avoided or the character you select for a wildcard instead of a star.

The STAR statement:
