Storing qv files in google drive

Hi Guys.

is it possible to store files from qv (like qvd or excel files etc. that are stored from qv (like qvd or excel files etc. that are stored from the script) directly to (a) google drive and (b) ftp/sftp sites?)

In principle, yes.

If I'm not wrong, when you install the Google Drive desktop application it basically maps one folder in the computer to  the storage in the cloud which is synced every few seconds or minutes. This folder is an actual folder in the computer filesystem, so if the file is stored there, the data will appear whenever it is synced in the Drive corresponding folder.

Install the Google Drive desktop application and follow the steps

Mount the folder and store the files generated from qv in that folder

You can see these files in Google Drive once the folder is completely synced.

Do as Sudhir has specified above.

Be aware that due to the sync process, if you are using big files (several hundred MB or higher) the writing can take some time until you see it reflected on the drive.
