Straight Table

Good day,

I am still fairly new to Qlikview.

I have a dataset as per the below:

Calendar Day	Date	Qty
FY19	Jul-18	3642
FY19	Aug-18	219
FY19	Sep-18	6033
FY19	Oct-18	1656
FY19	Nov-18	7436
FY18	Jul-18	2713
FY18	Aug-18	1210
FY18	Sep-18	2671
FY18	Oct-18	348
FY18	Nov-18	4975
FY17	Jul-18	3430
FY17	Aug-18	1797
FY17	Sep-18	2656
FY17	Oct-18	611
FY17	Nov-18	3241

Everytime I create a straight table, it adds all the Months together instead of separating into the appropriate month and year. The solution that I need is as per below:

	July	Aug	Sep	Oct	Nov
FY17	3642	219	6033	1656	7436
FY18	2713	1210	2671	348	4975
FY19	3430	1797	2656	611	3241

I have created Date, Year, Month and Quarter fields in the edit script.

Please could someone assist me to a resolution.

Are you adding Year and Month as dimension or just Month? Once you add Year or add MonthYear... it should not sum across different years

I have just Month as a dimension

I have added Calendar Day as a dimension too, which has sorted out the adding up - but it is all on one line. I need the different financial years on different lines in the table as per the table above.
