Straight table row colors

Hi everyone,

How do I set the background color for a straight table? I want a similar style to "Pajama Green/Red/Blue" - a stripe every other row, but my own chosen color.

I tried Properties -> Style -> Background.., changed color and nothing happened.

Play with Cell Background Color Transparency, on the same Style tab..

Or, you can set the background color for Dimensions and Expressions, in their extra attributes.

I believe if you want to vary the color by row, you have to use the Background Color attribute for Dimensions and Expressions. Style colors are calculated once per chart.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately it's difficult to get the colors you want with the stripe when using the Transparency/Background option... just another Qlik quirk to deal with
