Hi,
My user have problems to see list boxes, chart,text boxes when logged to qvw through access point and it is completely showing blank page. But I can able to see everything when i login with his/her user name. Can anyone tell me what is this? this is the first time I heard .

No section access. But I made avialable the document only for that user but not others. Is there any problem with this?

If you are using IE than I will suggest you to tell your user to Uninstall IE plugin and than again install it. Hope it will help you.

Yes my user is using IE. But he/she don't have access to uninstall any programs from their system. Is this the only solution? why it happens? Is there any reason because I should have explain the cause. Please suggest me.
It is a case of compatibility of your Qlikview version to your IE plugin. I faced this problem in past and than somebody suggested me the same.
I tried it at my end and it worked.
