Subtracting in Set Analysis!!

Hi Experts,

Can someone tell me what's wrong with this syntax. I am trying to calculate a difference two values in set analysis?

=Max({$<Quality={'Timber'}>}USD_AMT*[Tons])-Min({$<Quality={'Pulp'}>}USD_AMT*[Tons])  to get total amount.

Request you to please look into this issue.

Hi,

Perhaps your data in field [Quality] does not have the values 'Timber' or 'Pulp' that you use in Set Analysis expression? Then one term of expression has the value NULL and addition with NULL yields the result NULL.

And rightly, what is Max one selection ('Timber') you compare with the Min of another selection ('Pulp')?
