Sum(dimension1/dimension2) Vs Sum(dimension1)/Sum(dimension2)

Dear Community, i would understand the differece between the two formula:

Sum(dimension1/dimension2) Vs Sum(dimension1)/Sum(dimension2)

because i find different results as you can see in the attachment.

I have the table below and the two way of calculate the sum don't give the results that i was expected:

Somebody can explain why the formula "Sum(dimension1/dimension2)" give the result of 37,32?

Thanks!

Sum(dimension1/dimension2) is (1866/100) + (1866/100) = 37,32 and it will divided on row-level and Sum(dimension1)/Sum(dimension2) is (1866+1866) / (100+100) = 18,66 and here the calculation happens on the aggregated sums. This meant both isn't the same.
